Aging is an accumulation of damage to macromolecules, cells, tissues and organs. Sunlight, pollutants, smoking, stress, and even a bad diet can cause aging of the skin. Signs of aging are wrinkles, expression lines, blemishes, pigmentation changes, and discolorations of the skin. В If you are serious about the health of your skin and you want to keep your skin clear, radiant and young looking you need anti aging products.

There are many anti aging products in the market includes nutrition, physical fitness, skin care, skin treatments, hormone replacements and supplements. Choosing them may confuse you. If you are starting to notice that your skin is splotchy and what we many call “age spots” are developing, then you are suffering from the oxidation of your skin. The solution to such age spots is using anti aging products containing antioxidants.

Antioxidants can cancel out the cell-damaging effects of free radicals. Free radicals are highly reactive atoms or molecules that are so unstable they end up damaging neighboring skin cells, causing further signs of aging. Antioxidants work by joining up with free radicals before they damage your cells, include your skin cells.

Anti aging products containing antioxidants are usually presented in two forms, supplements and skin care creams. Both of them, if you consume them correctly, will keep your skin clear, radiant and young looking.

Anti aging product supplements most contain antioxidants such as:

  1. High potency antioxidant group such vitamin A, C, E, Selenium, Zinc, Alpha Lipoic Acid, and Superoxide dismutase.
  2. Herbal origin antioxidants like Red grape seed extract, mix carotenoid (Гџ-carotene, lycopene, astaxanthin, lutein, and zeaxanthin), citrus bioflavonoid concentrate, green tea extract.

These are Information for you when taking anti aging product supplement containing antioxidants:

  • Take that supplement according to the directions of use or dosage listed in its leaflet. Taking excess supplementation may be harmful.
  • Store that supplement at room temperature, avoid direct sun light because it can broken the antioxidants.

An anti aging skin care cream is only going to make you look younger if it contains the right ingredients to do so. Antioxidants in anti aging cream such as:

  1. CoenzymeQ10. For it to work it has to be refined into a specific form. This form is called H-EQ10. It is an emulsion of vitamin E and CoQ10. In the manufacturing process, CoQ10 particles are broken down to a microscopic size, which allows them to penetrate more deeply and effectively into your skin’s numerous layers.
  2. Retinol, which is a vitamin A compound, has antioxidant properties to protect the skin from the free radicals which cause wrinkles.
  3. Vitamin C. Anti aging product contains vitamin C usually in concentrate form called serum. Use it after you clean your face and neck.
