Skin is one of the most exposed parts of the body that is noticed by all. Therefore, the marks, lines and other visible signs in the skin bring in more problems to those that have to face these. We all want our skin look younger and healthy, and although we can’t postpone the aging process indefinitely, we can certainly take steps to help us look younger. One of the ways to do so is with facial care products.

We usually collect many facial products. These may include cleanser, toner, moisturizer, acne medication, etc. You should know there is specific order to apply facial care products. We all hope finding the optimal benefits from facial care products, not the opposite.

These are steps to apply facial care products as your skin care routine:

Step 1

First you cleanse your face. This step will remove the dirt and oil on your face. Many facial cleaner products are available on the market for curing and cleaning the skin. Don’t uses regular bar soap, since that can dry your skin. It is recommended that you use a cleanser lotion or a facial bar soap. However, most of the facial cleaners are not very effective and have a large number of side effects. I suggest you to use facial cleaner product that contains natural ingredients. Macadamia Oil, Shea Butter, Avocado Oil, Active Manuka Honey from New Zealand, Kaolin, and Allantoin are the major natural ingredients used for producing the best facial cleansers. These ingredients are safe for all skin types and even a sensitive skin. Do this step twice a day.

Step 2

Apply your toner/astringent. This facial product will remove the remaining residue left behind by the cleanser. It will also remove any makeup, oil and dirt which the cleanser may have missed. An astringent is more potent than a toner and will contain more alcohol. Astringents are more useful for oily skin. A soft cotton ball or a make-up remover pad can be used for this step. The right toner can restore the pH balance of your skin. An alcohol-free facial product is the best choice if you have sensitive skin or if your skin is prone to drying.

Step 3

This step is to apply any skin care medication you may have like an acne lotion. This product usually contains Benzoil Peroxide or Salicylic acid.

Step4

Apply skin care creams that act as moisturizer. These facial products include eye cream, sunscreen, or night cream. Apply your eye cream first. Apply a small amount of cream on the outer part below each eye and gently dab towards the nose. Wait a few minutes to allow it to soak into your skin and then apply your lotion. In the morning you should use sunscreen to protect your skin from harmful of sun light. For simple step you may use a face lotion product with sunscreen already included. In the night I suggest you to use night cream to repair your skin when you are sleep.
