Skin care facial is a cosmetic treatment of the face, commonly involving a variety of skin treatments, including: steam, exfoliation, creams, lotions, masks, peels, and massage. Normally performed in a beauty salon but it is also a common spa treatment.

Facial massage is very helpful in making your face look younger. It is a skin care facial that soothes away all tension on your face by relaxing the face muscles. This skin care facial conditions your skin and revitalizes it, making it look radiant.

If you want to do this skin care facial by yourself you can do facial massage in your home. Hear a slow music and get relax. So you can begin to start. First you should cleanse your face and neck from dirt and make-up. Use face cleanser that appropriate with your skin type. Before you start to massage tie your hair with a hair band. Then follow these steps:

  1. Using massage cream suitable to your skin type. If you have dry skin using cold cream, and if your skin oily using olive oil mixed with a few drops of lemon juice.
  2. Begin the massage from the base of your throat and move upward towards the chin using fingers from your right hand followed quickly by fingers of your left hand.
  3. Using your thumbs, press your chin line and stoke outward towards the end of the jaw line. Make strokes upwards on either side of your mouth and work your way in this manner towards your ear lobes.
  4. Now massage your nose using small stokes in an upward movement. Move your fingers to your eyebrows and make small circular movements around the eye.
  5. Move upwards to the hairline and massage your temples using very little pressure, with small circular movements.

The important thing you should aware is you need professional skin care facial if you have problem skin such as acne and very sensitive skin, or if you are new to facial skin care. Professional skin care specialists can examine your skin and determine which treatments and cream skin care are best suited for your skin type.
