MICRODERMABRASION SKIN TREATMENTS

Skin treatment
One of the best all around skin treatments you should know is microdermabrasion. This treatment is for renewing your aging or sun damaged skin.
The procedure uses a continuous blast of very fine chemical crystals to remove the uppermost skin layers. Simultaneously the crystals are suction and vacuumed off the treated area. The suction also stimulates blood flow and helps to stimulate new collagen and elastin to the skin’s surface. As well as clearing the dead skin from the surface.
The advantages of these skin treatments over other forms of skin renewal are that there is little discomfort, with minimal downtime, and it can be used on all skin types and all skin colors.
В The useful of these skin treatments are:
- To refresh dull and lifeless skin and to increase skin cellular turnover.
- It can be used as an anti-wrinkle treatment to reduce fine lines and achieve wrinkle reduction.
- To help correct the early damage caused by excessive sun exposure. Ugly dark sun spots caused by hyper pigmentation can be removed in a very few treatments.
- Microdermabrasion is also a very useful treatment for old acne scars.
These skin treatments can be done in the office of a dermatologist or in your own home. Please notice these explanations before you decide to do these skin treatments in your home or not:
- The skin treatments you receive in the dermatologist’s office will be more intense and more expensive.
- In the professional treatments the high-priced machine they use varies the intensity of the crystals being blown onto the skin to exfoliate it. A device is used to suction off the dead skin and crystals. In the in-home version you cleanse your skin first with skin product that suitable with your skin type, apply the microdermabrasion creams and massage in, and rinse off with water.
No matter which skin treatments you decided to follow, what you will be left with at the end is a younger looking and more even textured skin.
There are few skin conditions that kept you from using microdermabrasion until your skin has cleared or under the advice of a qualified dermatologist:
Rosacea: using microdermabrasion may worsen the affected area
Eczema: using microdermabrasion may irritate the affected area
Active Acne: do not use microdermabrasion if you have pustules, nodules, cysts
Herpes Simplex: exfoliating may cause the spread of virus
Warts: exfoliating may cause further deep tissue irritation
